Shell Beach, located at the south end of Scripps Park, was recently just reopened after a near-by bluff collapse forced the temporary closure down to the popular beach. These stairs, like so many other stairs and access areas along the La Jolla shoreline, are threatened by their failing condition. The Shell Beach stairs need rebuilding/repair so they can continue safe access for everyone to enjoy.
