This splintered park bench at Cuvier Park was just recently removed by the City, and the area cordoned off for being hazardous and unsafe for use. There are no plans (or budget) by the City to replace the bench, and mitigate the bluff erosion. Cuvier Park/ Wedding Bowl is right above Wipeout Beach, and is one of the most popular and photographed sites along the La Jolla shoreline.

There are many other benches and view sites also in serious disrepair that the Conservancy is planning to replace and improve.
